My photography teacher gave us a description of “The Lady Melisandre” and we were to find a photo (or in my case, multiple photos) that we thought represented her. We then had to remove all of the color from the photo and add new colors in manually using Photoshop. Using that photo we were to design a book cover or movie poster in Photoshop. The requirements included red hair, red clothes, red eyes, red jewel at neck, and “evil”.
I used around 5 different photographs to create this. All of the letters were typed manually as well (as opposed to copying and pasting).
